Viper's music is either really bad or amazingly groundbreaking, and The Hiram Clarke Hustler is a perfect example of the second option. Most of the songs are well produced on Viper's end, with him delivering his signature rap style, pumping out some actually good bars as well. It's a misunderstood cloud rap classic, and I love it. Thank you Viper for making the music, and thank you Kettleonwater for making a REAL CD VERSION.
